Shipping, returns & warranty

SHIPPING POLICY

Legacy Pro Scooters' products ship from our warehouse in Abbotsford, British Columbia. An email confirming tracking the details will be generated when orders are shipped.

US ORDERS

All US orders are shipped via Canada Post. Prices will be generated when your cart is checked out.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders that are subject to duties, tariffs, and taxes shall be paid by the buyer.

RETURN POLICY

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for any goods that remain unopened and in new condition. Legacy will refund the cost of the merchandise. The buyer shall be responsible for the shipping costs. Used products or discounted items cannot be returned. In order to process a return you must contact us at [email protected] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMAF).

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

Subject to the above, any purchases made in December, prior to December 25th, to be eligible for return up to January 5th for either a refund or an exchange.

WARRANTY

We strive to make this process as easy as possible. All valid claims will be considered. Scooter riders are renowned for constantly testing the limits of manufactured products they ride. A manufacturing defect does not include any wear and tear, extensive use, improper installation, excessive impact, or lack of proper maintenance.

In the case of a defect or manufacturer's warranty, please consult the manufacturer's website to ensure that your claim is valid. The brands owners will ultimately decide if your warranty is approved or not. Warranties must be returned, at your cost, along with a purchase receipt.
