Apex's HIC clamp doubles as an HIC compression kit, a good fit if you run threadless forks. It pairs the Apex Pro double clamp with an anodized HIC shim, and the cut-out design makes it lighter than before. Works with Apex Pro HIC bars or any other HIC bars.
